Network of labsA growing US network.
We are building a network of autonomous labs that share one rapid verification core and one set of models, each working on different metals and applications. Each lab generates data, prototypes and, in time, commercial products.
Lab for Transportation
Bellevue, Ohio · inside a production die-casting plant
Where Atomic AI was built and where new alloys are proven at scale. The alloying bot and rapid sampling line are running, and our physics-informed models were trained here on 50,000+ real production data points.
- Metals
- Aluminum (including scrap-based giga-casting alloys), magnesium, zinc and copper
- Next
- Development, qualification in our AI foundry, then prototype parts for OEMs
AI FOUNDRY · AI CASTING · AI VISION
Labs for Future Materials
San Francisco Bay Area
Fundamental research on the next generation of alloys. It makes new materials and measures them, delivering material and property data rather than parts.
- Focus
- High-entropy alloys for defense, shape-memory alloys, bioabsorbable Mg–Ca medical alloys, and metal powders for 3D printing
- Kit
- Arc and vacuum induction melting, gas atomization, laser powder-bed fusion, HIP, DSC/STA, XRD and SEM
AI SYNTHESIS · MATERIALS GENE LAB (XRD + DSC) · 3D PRINTING
Labs for GPU Superconductive Materials
Fremont, California
Thermal materials for 3 kW GPU packages, where the interfaces and the spreader become the limit. Sold as a matched pair. Small samples are made here; Ohio handles large samples and scale-up.
- Products
- TIM1 thermal interface materials and MMC heat spreaders
- Targets
- TIM impedance ≤ 0.05 °C·cm²/W after cycling; spreader conductivity ≥ 600 W/m·K
